A Player may request account closure at any time by contacting wwwvip88 support. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to completion of pending KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. wwwvip88 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts after written notice is sent to the registered email address.
